The Marine Basketball and Volleyball is a club in Portsmouth that in the recent years has had the ambition to redesign the basketball and volleyball project in town, in order to involve and recruit as many young people as possible into sport. After having organised various events in the past years, we have realised that we need to leave the indoor courts and concentrate our energies in outside play areas. Therefore our scheme wants to involve all the young individuals that are missing the opportunities, because of economical difficulties or other challenges presented by life.

Hence, we have organised an innovative scheme which would resurface as many outdoor courts as possible in Portsmouth, beginning with Buckland.In addition to that, we will provide all the necessary equipment and will organise proper events, training sessions and , even, the recruitment of the youth in our clubs. Thanks to this type of approach , the new generations will acquire, not only skills,enabling them to play , but especially, the opportunity to understand the games and become future coaches or officials. In conclusion, they will become the new potential  leaders of  their own communities capable of transmitting valuable and moral principle to the other youngsters, creating a chain which will  improve society immensely.
